# SourceStatuses
## Documentation
How current the data of every source is: when the import last succeeded, whether it is failing, and how complete it is against the source system. The platform refreshes the answer every 10 minutes.
- Catalog: `OpenBesluitvorming`
- Schema: `Catalog`
- Primary Keys: `source_key`
This is a read-only table. The Open Besluitvorming API may not support changing the data or the Invantive UniversalSQL driver for Open Besluitvorming does not cover it. In the latter case, please use the table NativePlatformScalarRequests to upload data to the Open Besluitvorming API.
## Table Columns
The columns of the table `SourceStatuses` are shown below. Each column has an SQL data type.
| Name | Data Type | Label | Required | Documentation |
|---|:---:|---|:---:|---|
| `cbs_id` | `varchar2` | | ☐ | The code of the organisation at Statistics Netherlands, such as GM0321. |
| `coverage_checked_at` | `datetime` | | ☐ | When the weekly comparison with the source system ran, UTC. |
| `coverage_error` | `varchar2` | | ☐ | Why the comparison itself failed; the four numbers are then empty, which is not the same as zero. |
| `coverage_held_documents` | `int64` | | ☐ | How many of those the platform holds. |
| `coverage_lower_bound` | `char` | | ☐ | Whether part of the comparison failed, so that the gap may be larger. |
| `coverage_missing_documents` | `int64` | | ☐ | How many of those the platform lacks. |

| `generated_at` | `datetime` | | ☐ | When the platform assembled the answer, UTC. |
| `indexed_documents` | `int64` | | ☐ | The number of entries of the search index for the source. Not the number of documents of the export: measured on 2026-11-06 it was 16 to 186 percent higher. |
| `label` | `varchar2` | | ☑ | The name of the organisation. |
| `last_error_message` | `varchar2` | | ☐ | Why the last attempt failed; empty when it did not. |
