## View Columns
The columns of the view `FileIndexColumns` are shown below. Each column has an SQL data type.
| Name | Data Type | Label | Required | Documentation |
|---|:---:|---|:---:|---|
| `column_name` | `varchar2(240)` | Column Name | ☑ | Name of the column. |
| `distinct_count_is_exact` | `boolean` | Distinct Count Is Exact | ☑ | Whether the distinct count is exact rather than the cap. |
| `distinct_count` | `int64` | Distinct Count | ☑ | Number of distinct values, or the cap when there are more. |
| `exact_value_count` | `number` | Exact Value Count | ☐ | Number of exact values held for the column, or empty when a Bloom filter stands in for them. |
| `file_name` | `varchar2(1024)` | File Name | ☑ | Name of the data file within the directory of the table, as the index keys it. |
| `has_bloom_filter` | `boolean` | Has Bloom Filter | ☑ | Whether a Bloom filter is held for the column. |
| `is_sorted` | `boolean` | Is Sorted | ☑ | Whether the values arrive in non-decreasing order in the data file. |
| `maximum` | `varchar2(4000)` | Maximum | ☐ | Largest value in the data file; for truncated text a bound rather than a value. |
| `minimum` | `varchar2(4000)` | Minimum | ☐ | Smallest value in the data file, written as the index writes it. |
| `null_count` | `int64` | Null Count | ☑ | Number of records where the column holds no value. |
| `table_name` | `varchar2(240)` | Table Name | ☑ | Full name of the table whose index the row comes from. |
| `text_truncated` | `boolean` | Text Truncated | ☑ | Whether a text minimum or maximum was truncated. |
| `value_count` | `int64` | Value Count | ☑ | Number of records where the column holds a value: the record count of the file less the null count. |
| `value_kind` | `varchar2(30)` | Value Kind | ☑ | Data type of the values the column holds, as this platform names it: `varchar2`, `int64`, `number`, `datetime` or `boolean`; `unknown` for a column of nothing but nulls and `other` for one whose values are of several kinds, neither of which takes part in pruning. |
